Wow, Gary - according to the link, the fellow "always maintained that all he did was tickle a boy’s feet." Well for that, its probably best he doesn't play the uke - at least in public, right ?
maybe "May I tickle your feet" is slang for "May I play my uke for you" as in "tickling the ivories" refers to the piano. heh.
